'FEELING GOOD' MADE EASIER.
Managing your health can be overwhelming. It seems there are never enough hours in the day to shop, prep, cook and enjoy home cooked, nutritious meals. Sleep, stress and eating patterns can work for or against you and the amount of misinformation circulating on social media makes things that much more confusing. Where do you start? How do you start? What's best for you?
Our Diabetes Educators and Registered Dietitians have completed 4 years of specialized education in food and nutrition (Bachelor of Applied Science), a Masters degree in Applied Nutrition and hundreds of hours of medical nutrition therapy building personalized, patient-centred nutrition care plans for clients of all ages and life stages.
The foods we eat play a major role in short- and long-term health outcomes, but food is just one piece of a larger puzzle. Sleep, stress, mental health, physical activity, cultural traditions, spirituality, habits and behaviours often present challenges to overall health and wellness. We can address what ails you, together.
If you are looking for extra help, resources, tools and strategies to get you closer to your health goals, we look forward to the opportunity to support you and your family in optimizing your lifestyle and making choices that will help you... LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.
