NEW DIAGNOSIS SUPPORT
We offer dedicated support for newly diagnosed clients and caregivers in support of finding your 'new normal'. We have over 30 years experience with T1D management and will be at your beck and call to answer questions, direct you to healthcare professionals, programs and resources or just lend an ear to vent to.
REGISTERED DIETITIAN
Do you have questions about counting carbs, reading nutrition labels, the glycemic index, how to shop for 'T1D-friendly' foods, meal and snack ideas or tracking tools? Come and see us. Our registered dietitian has a bunch of great, evidence-based information to share! Most insurance plans will cover services provided by a registered dietitian.
ADVOCACY & EDUCATION
Do you need 'lived experience' support to clinch that grant funding, or influence policy decisions or put the heat on your insurance provider? Are you looking for help to educate teachers, caregivers, coaches, employers and/or friends and family? Is there a conference or event coming up that you'd love to have a subject matter expert speak at? Give us a call and let's make a plan to help us help you reach your goals!
